First, please share your company profile and current manpower requirements via email at info@pmsmanpower.com, along with the official permission letter (quota) issued by your government to hire foreign workers. Once we receive your details, our team will contact you to assist with the recruitment and deployment process.
Our overseas hiring process follows international and local labor laws to ensure transparency and compliance. Below is the step-by-step overview:
Submit Requirements: The employer shares current manpower requirements along with the official hiring permit (quota paper) issued by their government to recruit foreign workers.
Agreement: A formal recruitment agreement is signed between the employer and Pinnacle Manpower Solution as per international and national labor regulations.
Shortlisting & Interview: We shortlist suitable candidates and schedule interviews—either face-to-face or online—based on employer preference.
Medical Examination: After the interview, selected candidates undergo a medical check-up. Only medically fit candidates proceed further.
Offer Letter: The employer issues job appointment/offer letters to selected workers, which are then signed and accepted by the candidates.
Visa Processing: Upon acceptance, the employer begins the visa process for approved workers.
Immigration & Deployment: Once visas are issued, we complete all legal formalities for immigration clearance and arrange air tickets for deployment.

The application and recruitment process for overseas employment involves the following steps:
Prepare Your Documents:
Collect all required documents — Passport, Resume (Bio Data), Previous Employment Certificates, Educational Certificates, and Passport-size photos (white background).Apply for a Job:

Our recruitment team will review and shortlist applications. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted with further details regarding the interview schedule and requirements.Interview Process:
In-person Interview: Visit our office at the given date and arrive 15 minutes early.
Online Interview: Be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled time, ensuring a quiet environment, formal attire, and professional conduct.
Medical Examination:
If selected, you will be instructed to undergo a medical examination and visit our office for verification.Offer Letter:
Once you are declared medically fit, you will receive and sign your official job offer letter from the employer.Visa Processing:
After signing the contract, wait for the visa approval. Our office will contact you once your visa is issued to proceed with the next steps.Final Processing & Deployment:
Upon visa approval, we complete all necessary legal and immigration requirements and book your air ticket in coordination with the employer for your deployment.
